Trying to get that balance

I'm trying to live a healthy and active life.UK teacher in training.
My start weight was 154lbs and currently I'm 147lbs. I'm posting screenshots of my Fitbit to keep me accountable when wearing it. Maybe progress photos to come #personal to see
I am 5'6 female if I haven't already said that.

Have to come to a realization that I am not secretly competing against anyone. I am my own person at different stages of growth. The only things I should be competing with is the person I was yesterday and the 24 hours I have before me.

I NEED MOTIVATION MOTIVATION MOTIVATION!! Week 10 wasn’t the best, I let my job get the best of me…and made it to the gym twice.

The good thing I stayed consistent with my eating so didn’t gain much. Week 11 is going to be so much better I’m confident I can make it a better week!

Water is healthy! - but it isn’t a full meal. 

Fruit is good for you! - but it’s not enough if that’s all you eat today. 

Cake is not a health food! - but it’s tasty and it’s more than okay to enjoy it every once in a while. 

Healthy eating is important! - but healthy means balanced, not restrictive.
