I pat myself on the back because the words didn’t word quite so soon with this, though that picture right?!? It was a huge inspiration behind this, not to mention some extra bits from my dearest friend @leatherwhiskeycoffeeplaid A huge huge shout out to the awesome Amanda for reading this guy over for me. It was a bright, clear sunny spring day. The air blowing through the open car windows smelled sweet as it tossed your hair about, feeling heavenly. You were leaning back against the seat, shoes propped on the open windows edge, Led Zeppelin drifting through the speakers while you held the hem of your sundress down as Dean wound the Impala through the mountain road.

It didn’t happen often, but when it did the two of you took advantage of the free time afforded to you. The two of you were on a vengeful spirit case in California’s Yosemite Valley while Sam remained back in Kansas resting after the second trial took a much harder toll on him than the first.

Thankfully the case had been a success, which meant that the two of you had a few days to take to yourselves before the long drive back to the bunker. When Dean had learned the area you would be in, a special place came to mind; somewhere he had always wanted to take you if the two of you ever happened to be nearby.
