“(…) the green of vanished gardens and the motionless blue of fallen skies, dew of a thousand dawns, countless summers the suns sang, and springtimes to break your heart”
— Rainer Maria Rilke, from II, 10 in “Rilke’s Book Of Hours: Love Poems To God” [translated by Anita Barrows and Joanna Macy]
“Two Lovers. You expect them to fly past you.”

Croatia was hit once again with big earthquakes, third time this year, yesterday 5.2 and today with 6.3. I'm sharing donation links so please donate if you can or share so it reaches more people
And
If you are not able to donate, please kindly reblog to spread the word.
The earthquakes have damaged the barriers that protect the villages from river Sava. We have been getting a lot of rain recently and the barriers will have to be fixed immediately in case there's more shaking and more rain.
Please, if you can, consider donating 🥺 I can't imagine what that region will look like if they get flooded on top of all the destruction.
still hate the fact that small countries even with big disasters happening don’t get the recognition that would fucking america get for any small inconvenience
