I noticed somehting in the Cahir execution scene.

When Yennefer steps up with the axe, Tissaia looks away.

She only looks back when she hears the commotion when Yennefer breaks his chains.

And she’s the only one who doesn’t fucking flinch when Yennefer cuts down those flaming towers.

(Look at big, brave Vilgefortz!!)

Anyway, Tissaia’s not disappointed in Yennefer here. She’s proud.

You won’t convince me otherwise.

The scene with tissaia and yennefer where tissaia begs her to come back to aretuza is SO fucking important to me bc thats the moment when tissaia realizes how much she cares, and how much yennefer means to her, except yennefer STILL doesnt understand, and STILL spits in her face, and tissaia doesnt have the words to say "i love you, please come home, im sorry" BECAUSE SHES NEVER HAD TO SAY THEM BEFORE!! losing my mind.

Yen Week 2022 Day Two: Favourite Dynamic

Yennefer and Tissaia through the years

From the moment we met you have been trying to fill a void. Power couldn’t do it, even when you had it at your fingertips. What makes you think it’s the answer now?

Becasue it’s all I have left

A redraw of that scene because Tissaia and her pipe is an aesthetic all its own.

(Lauren, Lauren, can we have just scenes and scenes of Tissaia, staring into the void while smoking her pipe for Season 3? Please and thank you.)
