Farm/Cottagecore Penpal Project! This one was from the spring, a belated birthday gift to a friend that lives far enough that we don't get to see each other very often. I loved playing with the teal and yellow/orange colour scheme, and trying to stuff it full of her fave things. She first introduced me to junk journaling, so I also attempted to give it that type of vibe. There was a lot of collage, I cut up an already damaged farm life book from the thrift store and played around with ink and different papers. Please do feel free to take inspiration and send something nice to a lovely person who you’d like to connect with. I included: - A tailored playlist - TV show recommendations - Youtube channel recommendations - Tea packets - Multiple little personal letters - 1 hand-drawn bookmark - Some pressed flowers - Prompt list for self-care rituals - A package of stickers and other ephemera with an invitation to also penpal or journal-scrapbook-sketchbook-whatever! (Remember to try to tailor the aesthetic to your friend!)

Fairy Tale Penpal Project! This one was from December, and was a surprise present for a dear friend who asked for "just a letter would be nice" for the holidays.
