anyways they’re really flirtatious but frankly the second @no1asshole’s Wade does some shit that offends Remy or pisses him off Remy will actually throw something charged at Wade’s stomach

I SMELL A CHALLENGE-

me anytime i see dp written being considerate to the feelings of others: fake news.

wade’s regularly made fun of the blind (blind al), made fun of the skinless (monty), made fun of those in wheel chairs (monty, quoting ‘anytime I think my life sucks, I look at yours and remember mine isn’t half as bad’), visibly was grossed out by people he views as ugly or ‘different’ in a way he didn’t care or aesthetically, regularly assaults his weaker male friends such as weasel and bob

and generally does not feel at all sorry or bad about it until something very bad happens to those he’s abused (triggering regret), or he pushes them too far and they start to distance from him - to which he only feels bad because they are taking action against him (which is gas-lighty and selfish as fuck).

wade’s repeatedly shown extreme problematic ablest behavior despite him himself not exactly looking like Tom Cruise ( except that one time Loki cursed him ). He’s a psychopath. While he can experience sympathy, such as if someone has cancer ( which is often a trigger for him to set his morals in place ), he has repeatedly shown he lacks the capability of empathy ( putting himself in someone else’s shoes ). His brain is nearly incapable of those wires processing, though he does find rare moments of it. Those rare moments however do not erase years of gas-lighting and abuse to others by a long shot, just as his selfless heroic acts do not erase the abuse, trauma, and horror he has put on his friends and countless other victims. 

wade is a bad man capable of good things. He is not entirely evil, but he in no way shape or form is good. He’s a complicated person, and honestly - he’s an asshole. He has a reputation among marvel’s character of being a blood-sucking tick for a reason, even if he’s fighting to change himself and that narrative doesn’t fit him in modern day.

to quote one of my favorite songs - “I’m on the wrong side of Heaven, and the righteous side of Hell”

Anyway, I’m revamping soon, but I just want people to have an understanding of the way Wade has been written by his creator himself and his early works, and it inspires how I will be writing Wade. He’s my problematic favorite, not my ‘soft boy’ (that makes me cringe so much; Wade is not soft) favorite.
