you turn on your heel in the blink of an eye to confirm that yes , it’s really lovecraft ! not that you needed to confirm it —— you’d know that tired voice anywhere . you wonder how he found you here , but you figure scott probably told him or somethin’ . whatever , it doesn’t matter !

Ah. The hug causes him to put a foot back in support, not that such hugs were uncommon from the ginger-haired man, it had simply been far too long since Lovecraft had been the recipient of one. It was a warmth like no other, the laugh causing that warmth to spread even farther.
“I am.” A simple answer to Twain’s first statement and then a nod. “I did not intend to disappear for as long as I had. I will ensure you know if there is a next time. I apologize. I would try a cellular phone.. but they do not like oceans.” He will put an arm around Twain in a hug back before ultimately picking him up and setting him on his shoulder.
The words may not be spoken but he missed Twain dearly.

Hitochi will give him the tightest hug he can manage. “Let’s go get that ramen now.” And of course he’s excited for the piplup. He already has enough candies to evolve it to Empoleon.
“Bro have you been to that new place on 9th yet? It’s a sort of all-in-one place but the ramen there is so good.”
