"Can I come in?" asked Jin as you opened the front door.

"No," you said immediately but to your surprise, Jin only nodded.

"I understand."

"I don't think you do," you spoke, your fingers clenching around the doorknob. You remembered very well how he treated you, where his hands had wrapped around your throat upon thinking you betrayed him. It was not the worst part though, not the way you saw it. It was terrible, no doubt about it, however, you could not get past him thinking you would cheat on him, betray him - when he was the one that broke your trust.

You closed the door in Jin's face and got back to your cooking, however, you did not notice he was right on your trail. He must have still had the spare key you had given him.

"Jin... What is going on?" you asked as you reached the table. Your boyfriend got up like always, his hand on the small of your back and a soft loving kiss on your cheek.

"What are you doing here?" you asked G/N before Jin managed to say anything. It was a burst of anger and perhaps even jealousy, although you did not want to admit it to yourself. Everything about the girl annoyed you even though you almost felt sympathy for her when you first saw her. Her hair was styled too nicely, her legs were much longer and slimmer than your own and upon those realizations, your jealousy turned to insecurity.

Your cheeks turned pink when girl looked up at you and smiled, yet you could see the despise in her eyes.

P.S. I'm sorry it took me forever to post this but I got vaccinated yesterday and I've had a fever the entire day, I was nauseous and tired. But I'm feeling better now, so no worries :)

Jin

You knocked on the door of Jin's apartment because you were supposed to come over for dinner. He wanted to show off his cooking skills to you and you had absolutely no objection to that because you yourself have been struggling a bit financially and could hardly afford to go out to eat. You did ask several times though if he wanted you to pitch in for groceries yet he would not hear of it.

Jin opened the door, wearing one of his best shirts. You felt awfully underdressed compared to him. You thought it was only going to be a casual dinner but he was wearing a suit with the exception of the jacket.

Blood rushed to your cheeks as you glanced down at your own convenience store black dress and worn-out white sneakers you have washed twice to make them appear a bit newer.

"You look stunning," said Jin nevertheless and kissed your cheek before he let you in.

"Is someone else coming?" you asked timidly and took off your sneakers. Your arms went around your abdomen immediately as you looked around the extravagant apartment. You had not known Jin for that long so you have never been to his place before in spite of going on several dates.

The door to your apartment hasn’t fully shut before Yoongi has you pressed up against the wall, hands cupping your cheeks as he kisses you. You let out a soft hum, barely feeling the way your back throbs from the impact because you’re busy drowning in the scent of Yoongi’s cologne and the way his lips feel on yours. His jacket, draped over your shoulders, falls to the ground by your feet, but neither of you care – he certainly doesn’t, even if the thing cost him a paycheck and a half. His hands smooth down the cashmere of your dress, gripping your hips tightly as he pulls your body close to his. There’s desperation, complete and unequivocal want in the air surrounding the both of you, and relief seems so far away.

“I love you,” Yoongi whispers, the warmth of his breath fanning out against your lips as he pants, a little breathless. You chuckle airily.

“God, I will never get tired of hearing that,” you reply, grinning. “I love you too.”

Leaning forward to rest his forehead on yours, he groans quietly, squeezing your hips.

“Christ. I… really fucking love you, _____.” You sigh, satisfied.

“Music to my ears, baby.”

The blunt end of his forearm rams into the cheekbone of the stooge with a harsh smack of skin. The man just with stars dancing in his eyes tries to retaliate, but he’s not fast enough. Officer Jeon’s hands act a team gripping the temple of the deviant bringing it down rapidly greeting his raised knee. Jeon was like a strongman hitting the high striker game with a mallet. The man stumbles back when the puck rings the bell, landing face flat onto the dusty floor knocked out.

That was the last of the four men who tried to ambush him at once. He scoffs dusting his hands off in a satisfied manner, “Is that all you got boys? Come on, I could go for another round before back up comes.” He started shuffling his feet back and forth while shadow boxing the air the conscious but immobile perpetrators just groaned in protest. One benefit of being a bunny hybrid was the agility that came with it, these guys didn’t even see him coming. It made his pride bubble with happiness they always, 100% of the time, underestimate him because of his breed. It never gets old though putting the underestimaters in their rightful place.

The wool fabric of your grey coat was itchy and stuffy, but for what seemed to your mom to be the thousandth time she tells you to stop fussing. Your arms slump to your sides as you come to terms with your mom putting you in a plain, red, A-line dress with your matte black Mary-Jane’s. She insisted that you dress up for your first day of school, despite being a five-year-old who just wants to run around the jungle gym. Well not really considering you were a cat hybrid, you’d rather lay in the sun in comfort and nap. The school year starts in Fall, but with the recent move your parents made, you’re entering a new school in the Winter. 

Your grey ears twitch when your mom attempts to fix your hair one last time before everyone gets in the car. Your dad comes down the stairs stuffing his white button up into his slacks and kisses your mom on the cheek before taking a look at you. He smiles and his eyes are filled with adoration, but all you do is pout at him. He smiles knowing at you but ruffles your hair, messing up what your mom just spent the last five minutes on. He crouches down and comes eye level with you, “Pumpkin, you’re going to love it there! Mom and I already visited the class and your teacher is so nice, so don’t be afraid to ask her anything.” You nod at your dad feeling a bit more reassured and wrap your arms around his neck to squeeze him with bear hug.

You rolled your eyes at your husband, turning the stove on as you spread oil onto the pan, “Jimin, I’m just pregnant, not incapable of doing anything. Especially cooking my own breakfast. And it’s good for me and the baby if I’m more active,” you lectured, cracking a couple of eggs skillfully.

“I’m just worried Y/N. You’re pregnant and I’ve noticed you’ve starting to get bi-”

You glared at the male, daring him to continue, to finish his sentence. You stopped cutting the vegetables, holding the knife in one hand as you stared at your husband, who had grown uncomfortable.

Jimin, who watched your eyes narrow on him, gulped nervously, “Uh, I mean… I’m just worried that you’ll stumble or something and hurt yourself. They say that pregnant women wobble and-”

“Jimin, I’m four months pregnant, I’m barely even showing,” you deadpanned, tossing the salad around.

Jimin stared at you, biting his lower lip, “Eomma said that pregnant women shouldn’t be on their feet too much and I nee-”
