This whole scene was perfect! And I love the fact that Lomfon is so tall that Tien needs to stand on his TOES to KISS HIM!
My favorite part of this is that Lomfon tries to do the big romantic moment with making the movie about Tien and all Tien wants is the words. Tien just wants a confession, something straightforward, and Lomfon struggles with that.
But once Tien is clear about what he needs... Lomfon provides. The real confession, the clear one, the making of a real choice and not hiding from it. No hiding behind videos, no hiding behind unclear choices, just the real truth.
Because he doesn't just confess, he explains. He tells Tien what happened and he's clear and nothing is left up to chance, nothing left in silence (Tien knows silence too well, he will not have silence in his relationship).
I love Tien's slow realization that this is real and that he's being chosen and how he slowly, slowly comes to believe what's happening and it's beautiful.
But this just reminds me of how Tien was left outside after the fight in the rain so of course the true confession has to happen outside. Tien wants everything out in the open! He wants to be honest and for people around him to be honest and for relationships to be about open, honest communication. And that's what he finally gets.
And he finally says everything he needed to say, to explain his feelings and to finally unfuck it.
The final call to a choice. A call of being chosen. Because that is what Tien has always wanted. To be chosen.
But also Lomfon promised a practical confession but it's Tien who grabbed him and kissed him senseless once he was sure he was chosen.

Another thing is, the way you can see so clearly how Prem improved and developed his speaking skills. His answers are so well thought and complex. He was always philosophical like that, but now he's not afraid to say it and trust himself to know how to say it.
Yesss exactly. And I’m glad Boun saw the benefit in taking those extra and guest roles over the pandemic to bulk up their acting experience. He’s right, if they’d done BU right after UWMA they wouldn’t have given the same level of performance. As it is, they’ll have much better choice of projects, I assume, based on their success with WinTeam. :’)
I also appreciate that they talk about how they had to wait so long for BU that it’s difficult to imagine anything topping it now. It makes sense that Prem would feel burned out after giving so much energy and emotion to that role.
I’m glad they’ll work together in another series. :’) And glad that they’re working separately for that experience, too. They have different interests and they should have the chance to explore them and come back stronger for it.
This was how they kissed each other in episode two.
I just felt like we as a community hadn’t reflected on that in a while.
I mean, they’ve been starving for each other from their very first hookup, and I just find that tremendously charming.
Heathy couples in fiction are fun, but I’ll always prefer the couples with a truckload of horny, emotional codependency as a garnish.
Neither of them had a chance, and neither of them wanted one.
Win kisses Team like he’s starving, gasping for air, and Team kisses Win like he’s water, just pulling him deeper and deeper until his lungs scream for the very same air.
So, I have not done extensive research on this, but from my recollection...I feel like whenever we see Team instigate a kiss (which happens fairly rarely, usually Win is the one initiating romantic contact) I feel like his kisses are like little nibbles.
And when we do see Win eat, he's very neat with it...you know, small bites.
Whereas Win just goes straight for devouring Team most of the time...
Much like Team and his absolutely ridiculous enjoyment of food.
So....idk if this is purposeful, or just a happy accident, but I thought it was an interesting parallel.
