sometimes  I  think  abt  gladio  and  his  tendencies  regarding  walling  people  out..  not  to  say  he  hates  them  when  he  doesn’t  want  to  tell  them  a  problem.  he  just  refuses  to  be  seen  as  weak  in  an  emotional  sense.  he  isn’t  there  to  dump  every  inch  of  his  burdens  onto  everyone.  his  role,  he  feels  like,  is  to  be  the  main  beam  to  protect  and  stand  firm  so  the  domino  effect  won’t  just  knock  them  all  into  depressive  states.  and  ofc,  he  doesn’t  lack  empathy.  he  just  has  his  own  means  of  consoling.
