“Ok, don’t get mad at me, but I don’t get what the whole big deal is about Quidditch. It’s just a sport, right?”
“Are you joking? Please say yes.”

“Ok, don’t get mad at me, but I don’t get what the whole big deal is about Quidditch. It’s just a sport, right?”
“Are you joking? Please say yes.”
Cassie slid into the Three Broomsticks and walked up behind Lucinda, nudging her shoulder. She smirked when she got her attention and hugged her. “How does it feel to win your first professional game?”
She shook her head and sat on the barstool beside her. “It’s surreal, right?”

At the familiar voice, Lucinda turned her head to face Cassie. A large smile beamed across her face, one that hadn’t left since the announcer said that Cassie had caught the snitch. To say that Lucinda was ecstatic would be a complete understatement. “I think I’m still dreaming. Pinch me. Really, pinch me.”
“Alright, tell me the truth. Who are you betting for?”
“If Merlin was a kooky teenage girl then definitely.”
“I bloody knew it, I swear.” Lucinda said with a giggle, before turning around and hugging her sister. ”Where have you been!”
“I’m getting by,” he admitted. “I’m sorry I haven’t really been myself lately.”
“Don’t be sorry, Lorcan. Really, you don’t need to be, not now.” She said, her head shaking as she spoke. “You’re allowed to be however you’d like right now.”

“Ok, ok, I’m done, I promise! No more phone, I’ll pay attention now.”
“Do you pinky swear that you’ll listen, or just promise?”
“Thank you for coming,” Lorcan said softly to the other, keeping his head low. He had just briefly talked with his parents and seeing the look on his mother’s face had only put more salt in the wound he was trying to heal. “He would’ve really appreciated it to know you came here for him.”
“You know I wouldn’t miss it for anything,” Lucinda spoke, matching his tone of voice and putting a, hopefully, comforting hand on his shoulder. “How are you holding up?”
We found some previous memes and put them together on one list for the weekend. Please remember: if you reblog this, send some out to other people too. We had a bunch of people not receive asks during the last ask meme. If that keeps happening, we won’t be able to do these anymore as much as we love them.

“I’ll say. When I was growing up I watched both of my parents come home exhausted all the time and I wondered why they ever went to work. I’m glad I come home exhausted in a good way. Love that after-practice tired.” Eden laughed.
“My parents were the exact same! I used to dread having to start working, I thought it would be absolute hell, and now look at us! I’d hate working in an office, I cant believe people choose to do that. Merlin, we’re so lucky. I can’t imagine doing anything else.”
“I think about that all the time.” Eden laughed, “I get paid to be a celebrity.”
“I really don’t think the person who started professional sports really thought about this. Aren’t people meant to hate their jobs?”
“I know right! First, I get to eat whatever I want because I’m basically working it off everyday. And I get to fly in and out of goals all day. It’s great.”
“It’s not just doing one thing we like most days, it’s two! Are they really paying us for living our lives like this?”
“That sounds great actually. I’m always starving after practice.”
“I almost don’t care about the amount of work we have to do, because we get to reward ourselves with food after our practices. Honestly, why don’t more people do Quidditch? Does no one understand the benefits?”
“Of course not! What’s more fun than playing quidditch all day anyway. Plus you’re not too bad to hang out with yourself.”
“I’m liking the way you think, Eden, we could even get ‘Victory’ snacks after it- or a full out lunch.”
Eden smiled, “Yeah, of course, I’d love to. What kind of teammate would I be if I refused to help you?” Eden smiled, “Maybe after practice, we can stay and practice a few moves.”
“You’re the best, Eden, really- I think I just need to refresh everything, you know what I mean?” She spoke with a wide grin as her team mate agreed. “That would be great! So long as it isn’t keeping you from anything?”
