Hello participants! The e-mail with the final check-in link has gone out. Please check your e-mail (including your SPAM folder) and if you don't have it by tomorrow, you can shoot us an e-mail or message us here and we'll get it to you!
Remember, you can submit your completed work at any time. You MUST submit your work to the form included in the e-mail even if you are delivering it yourself.
Please remember to check your spam! We had several people who had the previous check-in go to spam, so always check there FIRST before reaching out. We're happy to send it to you again, but if you can get it quicker, that helps all of us!

Assignments Going Out Tomorrow!
Hey everyone! Thank you so much for your patience. We are sorry to say that assignments will be delayed by a day, but it’s for the best reason possible. We had so many sign-ups that it’s taking us a little longer than expected to put e-mails together! They’ll all go out 12/21.
Assignments are coming! We ran into an issue with sending too many emails at once from the exchange email and the account was blocked from sending, hopefully only for a short time. We are working on getting your assignments to you all and thank you so much for your patience!
Some assignments WERE able to be sent, so if you got yours, please check in at this link!
If you did not get your assignment yet, it should be coming your way soon!

Reminder: FE3H Valentine’s Exchange Form Prompt Format
We're coming up on the close of sign-ups (December 15)! Thank you for all the interest so far - it's going to be a really fun exchange, and we can't wait to see everything that comes out of it!
Remember, you should be putting more than a ship name in the form for your request - your gifter needs something to go on, at the very least your DNWs. If you do not fully complete the form, no one knows what you actually want or DON’T want.
E-mails will be going out today regarding if your form is not fully filled out or if you did not list at least one mainstream ship to facilitate matching. We will try to match by rarepair first, but we want to be sure everyone can be matched! Please keep an eye on your e-mail.

On DNWs: If you do not provide a DNW list, you are consenting to potentially receive anything up to the maximum rating that you indicated on your form - because your gifter would have no idea that you don't want it, since you didn't tell them!
So be sure that if there is anything you DO NOT want to receive, you indicate it on your form so that we can provide it to your gifter. This is the place to list squicks, triggers, or just tropes that make you nope out of fics or click away from art. We will not be sending out individual e-mails to remind people to list their DNWs, so please remember that you are responsible for providing that info. The second half of the sign up is what is provided to your gifter. There is a section on the ship form for DNWs. Thanks!
