The media is complicit in the dehumanization of Palestinians with the language they continue to use. If they can’t even call children, children, then what do they truly think of them?
It took a white man burning himself, for the media to tell the truth.
It took 7 white people to be killed for the UNHRC to pass a resolution to ban selling arms to Israel.
The level, to which this world has dehumanized us, is incomprehensible to me.
going forward i will only consume problematic media

i finally saw eternal sunshine of the spotless mind. i liked it! i enjoyed how its shot and how surreal it is. the way he grasps at memories as they warp and disappear felt like an emotionally resonant portrayal of metaphorical death - death of relationships, death of who you used to be, who your lover used to be, and even the way it mimics the retrospective lens of a literal near-death experience.
