In September 2022 i was 168kgs/370.3 lbs. Ive lost 92.5kgs/203.9lbs.
Spoiler alert, weight was never my problem. Fat phobia in the medical system was. Imagine the doctor’s surprise when my chronic conditions didn’t suddenly spontaneously cure themselves.
