He should stop her & he knows that'd be better for the both of them -- her safety as well as his sanity ( really just to make his job less complicated ), but at the same time, he understood her urge to just want to get away from being under almost constant watch from Shinra for being something that she didn't even choose to be born as. And so he just let her go wherever she pleased while he stuck to her, more or less closely, depending what the roads, paths or lack thereof allowed. As long as she didn't get hurt, it should be fine. Who would want to be confined in the same places all day long anyway?

"By the way, you headin' someplace or just goin' on a little adventure?" They did seem to be wandering around rather aimlessly, but maybe she was just trying to confuse or get rid of him, he couldn't really blame her for wanting him off her back.

Aerith is maybe having a bit too much at the moment. The Turks are watching over her all the time, and she's sometimes a bit playing with it. Reno's there; if she finds some trouble, she will have someone to help her. She has learned how to fight, but it's still not much. She's quite PROUD of showing it, though. Maybe she's reckless, but she doesn't care much. She's truly just trying to distract herself from thinking about the fact that Zack disappeared. She keeps writing to him, but he never answers. It feels so wrong. Did he truly leave her without saying a word ? It doesn't feel like him. She hates this.

Well, she would surely prefer to be on her own, but when Turks are just following her like this, she can't really complain. As long as they don't force her to follow them, that's alright.
