Can we talk about this moment?

The way that the others in the room were cracking jokes before he got there, but stayed quiet and listened to his analysis.

The way the camera didn’t cut to anyone making faces or comments after he left.

The way he sounds like a kicked puppy.

The way he doesn’t elaborate further, and nobody questions it because they know.

The only thing I’m confused about is why we don’t get a reaction shot or scene when he finally finds her. Maybe that’s what all the fanfiction is out there for

The Misadventures of Walter and Carl

WP: Skinner leads a boring life after “The Truth.” He and Carl take up golf. 

J: Yes! They meet once a week for 9 holes. Preferably a Wednesday cause it breaks up the work week. After the round they share drinks on the patio before heading home to their boring lives watching the news at 5pm.

Sometimes they walk, but sometimes they rent a golf cart. Skinner doesn’t use a caddy cause he like the extra exercise of carrying his own clubs… plus he’s cheap and doesn’t wanna tip the kid.

WP: Carl got pissed once for losing really badly tried to run skinner over with cart.

J: LOL but lost control and crashed it into the sand trap. Now they just play for petty cash and bragging rights.

Occasionally they invite Kersh, but he’s more into sailing. Loser.

and that one time they tried to go sailing with Kersh, but all Carl did was sing about drunken sailors and Kersh wore an adjustable child-size captains hat. It’s the only one his wife could find him and she thought he looked adorable.
