A little announcement.

Hello there! 

If there’s anybody here yet.

I know it’s been awhile since the last time I wrote on this page.

But I have something to say today.

I start watching The 100 since the premiere, I loved this show very much, the same with his characters but seeing all the potencial lost because of the ego of a bad producer made me lost all my interest in it.

If there’s something this show brought to my life - even with all the shitty things I had to endure during the time I’ve an active part of the fandom - were people. Amazing, wonderful people that today, I can call my friends.

They were the ones who help me through the ups and downs of this show, the attacks so many of us suffered by a bad part of this fandom.

To all of this people, I want to thank them, for letting me be part of their life and for having the privilege of having them on mine.

If there’s anyone who doesn’t believe in making good friends online - some of them I had the pleasure of meeting in rela life too - let me tell you, these people I met online are the friends I always wish to had in my life.

But today, is my last day on this blog.

I’m going to delete this page, because, really, there’s nothing left for me in this fandom.

it saddens my heart to tell this about something I loved very much in the past.

But there’s a moment where your breaking point comes, and today, it’s mine.

If you’re European, in a couple of weeks you will be denied any and all access to fandom contents on Tumblr and everywhere else on the internet. Here’s why.

On June, 20th the JURI of European Parliament approved of the articles 11 and 13 of the new Copyright Law. These articles are also known as the “Link Tax” and the “Censorship Machines” articles.

Articles 13 in particular forces every internet platform to filter all the contents we upload online, ending once and for all the fandom culture. Which means you won’t be able to upload any type of fandom works like fan arts, fan fictions, gif sets from your favourite films and series, edits, because it’s all copyrighted material. And you won’t also be able to share, enjoy or download other’s contents, because the use of links will be completely restricted.

But not everything’s lost yet. There’s another round of voting scheduled for the early days of July.

What you can do now to save our internet, is to share these informations with all of your family members and friends, and to ask to your MEP (the members of the European Parliament from your country) to vote NO at the next round, to vote against articles 11 and 13.

I am not American. 

I have little to nothing to say about USA laws, but I feel very moved & I give all my support to every single person who marched at #MarchForOurLives.

They are inspiring. 

They are the future of this world. 

They are fighting for their right to have a long life. 

I wish that all of you in USA could feel like I always felt when I went to school in my country. 

Safe.

Protected. (Sometimes, for some people, even more protected than at home.) 

Not afraid of not getting home to do my homework.

I stand by you. 

I support you and I believe that you, all together, will achieve change. 

If we won’t fight for our lives, our right to live without fear, no one will do it for us. 

You are changing something. 

The world is with you all.

“Be the change you want to see in the world.” - You ARE that change. 

You ARE fighting for that change to happen.

Keep marching. 

Keep saying “#NeverAgain”, and they will have to listen to you.

And you’re old enough to vote, GET THEM OUT of your country.

You DESERVE to live a life without fear of being shot just because some lunatic can buy a gun without background check, without control.

Your LIFE, your RIGHT TO LIVE, IS MORE IMPORTANT than the NRA.
