America glorifies 9/11 to the extreme like the American government has been bombing and attacking countries in the Middle East/South east Asia on a frequent basis for 20+ years, there could be memorials every day in these places but only America over dramatizes and uses its attack to fuel intense propaganda and islamophobia

It's smoke
Just this year the deforestation rate of the Amazon rainforest rose more than 60%. This is a direct consequence of Jair Bolsonaro's government, treating the forest as an area of exploitation and not preservation, attempting to cease the rights of our indigenous population and straight up lying and censoring data
Our forest is dying and nobody cares

They’re also shooting for 100% renewable plastic sources by 2030! All of the soft plant/leaf elements in sets right now and going forward are made out of bioplastic made from sugarcane, and they’re working on getting the regular hard plastic bricks out of that, too.
They’ve done it, actually! The full bricks are in the prototype stage now, and are expected to be 100% biodegradable without the need for a commercial compost facility. It’s very cool. Right now they’re testing the durability and playability of the bricks and seeing what needs to be revised/reworked on their final model.
So its that easy huh
To be fair LEGO is basically leading the world in plastics manufacturing technology but the fact that they’re able to produce bioplastics on such a massive industrial scale while staying profitable hopefully means other companies will follow suit
