Louis is a London zoologist sent by the University Of Highlands and Islands to assess the safety of the island of Eroda as part of the Wonder Seekers Project for sustainable tourism. With his signature needed to write off the concerns raised by the investors -- owing to dragons -- he faces the true, unpretending local life, and finds himself blindsided by the forms it takes.
