When Cece’s mother started dating her boyfriend she wasn’t exactly thrilled. When they divorced, they didn’t get the choice to choose with whom they wanted to live –it would have been an easy decision though. The divorce left her mother with two little girls and a not so well payed job. But Neil was nice enough at first, and he had a son that was Cece’s age. A quiet, not so happy kid that mostly never talked to the girls. But all of that changed soon enough.
Now, years later the strawberry blonde girl stands inside the boring-looking room, looking outside the window of the boring-looking town of Hawkins. Her mother and Neil had decided to move, and against the will of all three kids, bought a house and made it final.
Cece was convinced her senior year of high school was gonna suck and badly. New girl, new friends, new ways to get out of that house as much as she could –taking Max with her as always. The blue eyed girl didn’t have many hopes for the little town in the middle of nowhere, but appearances can be deceiving. Little did she know that boring little town was going to change her life forever.
