29-07-2018 // Found some more of my Physical Chemistry lecture + study notes while cleaning up my books + notes today! During semester 2, I was beating my brains out trying to understand this chapter, especially the inter-molecular forces topic.

Gonna be quite busy tomorrow to do some tasks for my degree in September! Btw, I’ve been trying to make phone wallpapers / lock screens recently. I’ll post them if I’ve made some that I’m satisfied with! :)

I had a couple days of absolutely zero productivity and now i feel guilty bc i haven’t uploaded any drawings or edits for the textbook project thingie in a little while and i have a final on thursday that i haven’t studied for

In reality i am just feeling that “end of the quarter” burn out even tho this summer quarter was really chill and not demanding lol but i still just wanna move out of this apartment and go back home where my parents pay the utilities bills LOL

ALSO I HAD DINNER WITH STUDYBUDDY’S PARENTS FRIDAY NIGht and it went well. thank goodness. we went to “thai emporium” in westwood and the food really sucked like what are they serving?? not thai food

The libraries at the campus I’m doing my research internship are so beautiful! And the best part is the free air conditioning😍😍😍 (For context: when asked about my experience in Shanghai so far in an online survey, I literally wrote: “I have never been more sweaty or hot in my life.”)

here we are, with the biggest book of the year. wish me luck!

10/100 days of productivity: I finally made up my mind and started preparing for December’s SAT, it’s just a few months away now! I also practiced some numerical problems of the lesson - magnetic field and it’s effects and now I’m going to exercise a little, revise what was taught today and go to bed! Handed up script revisions today! I’ve spent a lot of the summer thinking about my freelancing jobs and whether it’s sustainable. I love storytelling and scriptwriting, and so far I’ve been lucky to be able to keep a foot in both media and academia. But I don’t know how long I can keep this up before I have to give up one for the other. And the thought of that sucks :(

If anyone has tips on handling diverging professions, that would be gr8
