Hi I just read your old post about problem retrieving voltage inc’s purchases stories (in app with coin system), and I want to ask did you find a way to get those stories back? Because it’s been a year since I last played these apps and i’m panicking because I used to spend a lot of money on these stories :’
I had posted the same on the Voltage Facebook page and other users responded that they were able to provide screenshot receipt for proof of their purchases. And Voltages customer service was able to restore it. I had 3 KBTBB stories that i needed to do this for, but I never did as I don't really care for the game, so I can't personally vouch for the method 💦💦

We are sad to say that we are still finding of videos of our games on the internet. This violates our policies and we will have them taken down. In light of this situation we would like to repeat what we said concerning uploading game content online before:
We would like to strongly request that you do not, under any circumstances, take videos of the game and put it on the internet. In the case that we do find any videos floating around, we may be forced to consider appropriate measures which may include closing offending accounts. Please be advised! This applies not only to Ikemen Sengoku, but to all of our other previously released games as well.
Our policies about screenshots are as follows: Generally put: we’re completely fine with people taking screenshots of their favorite scenes out of context and sharing them with people (in fact, we welcome it)! However, we would like to politely request that you keep those screenshots within a reasonable amount. As such, please post no more than 10 consecutive screenshots per story.
However, when it comes to Photos, we would like to request that you keep from posting entire CG/images from routes or stories from any of our games, whether it is in English or Japanese, as it is against our policies to do so. Posting the partially cut off photos that appear in stories (with the text), is fine.

We’ve noticed a lot more people posting extended scenes and also voice clips from Ikemen Sengoku. Please take care to review our policies and take down any content that violates them. This is especially important when it comes to voice clips, as this does not effect only us, but the Japanese team and the voice acting agencies involved. Thank you for your understanding!
