When you have to drive through the Blood Kelp zone:
Someone> How are you doing mentally?
Me> Does this answer your question:
How my Main Base is looking so far, in my 2nd playthrough:
Dragon's Dogma fans rushing to finally play the sequel:
Started playing Subnautica again. I plan to have at least some form of base in all of the major biomes, and on the island.
However, I consider this my main base. Lots to do, but I like it so far:
"What is a wave without the ocean?"
"A beginning without an end?"
"They are different, but they go together."
"Now you go among the stars, and I fall among the sand."
"We are different."
"But we go... together."
"What are you going to do now that you've finished Subnautica for the first time?"
Honestly the idea of leaving the Sea Emperor alone in her Aquarium is making me want to just stay on the planet and build.
I like the idea of my character having had their family on the Aurora.
They initially want to leave the planet but realise with no one left for her, there's no reason to leave.
And leaving the Sea Emperor alone in her Aquarium doesn't sit right with her.
So my character repeatedly visits the Emperor in her aquarium, just to talk.
Then decides she will find a way to build an Arch big enough for the Sea Emperor to get out of her tank, so she can roam the planet with her babies.
Even if it takes literal years.
Time to procrastinate building the Neptune Rocket for 1000 hours, lads
