Forced Marriage
“Good, you don’t want the nobles thinking badly of you… You heard what happened to Queen Antoinette IV…” Snags shuddered. The old legends said the queen of old had upset the nobles and that they had stolen her away in the night to behead her.
The real story was that the queen had mysteriously vanished one night and no one ever knew what happened. Her body was never found and she was never seen or heard from again. Many rumors had circulated about her disappearance, but the nobles kidnapping her was a popular one.
Papyrus shrugged. “Don’t underestimate having the nobles on your side. You’d rather have them as friends than enemies, you know. Some of them have connections that you wouldn’t want turned against you...” he warned, glancing around at the nobles enjoying their feast.
He scoffed. “Oh sure, I’ll protect you. But what if I’m off with a hunting party for the weekend, hm?”

Hello Swap! I wanted to know what is your favorite sweets are because I made to many and wanted to give you some
Papyrus was quick to answer for both of them, “oh anything sweet, especially chocolate. Chocolate is great. Or honey. Anything.”
Sans simply murmured, “I cannot have sugar, apologies.”
“I wouldn’t expect you to make anything on my account,” Sans replied simply with a sigh.
Papyrus just couldn’t help himself... sweets were his weakness!

Snowdin Town

Papyrus strolled through Snowdin, idly pondering as he strolled along, the crunching of the snow beneath his shoes the only real sound he was aware of at the moment. This was not his own Snowdin, of course. This was some other place entirely, an all-new timeline… but he couldn’t help but find it refreshing that in nearly every timeline he visited, one thing remained the same. Snowdin forest.
He always appeared in the same place, of course. A little ways off from the sentry station, giving him time to get his bearings before he would begin the trek to town. He never minded. The walk was nice to clear his head, anyway. He was so consumed by his thoughts that he almost ran into someone, quickly apologizing without much thought of who it was. “Oh, uh. sorry ‘bout that.”
Papyrus was a little startled to be recognized, especially by this particular monster. It had been so long, so many resets, that he wasn’t sure if he knew her or not.
“Uh, Yeah, hes fine, been fine… do I know you?” He questioned softly, watching her warily.
“Er ye-” she paused, how does she say this? She knew resets were a thing but…how was she supposed to explain this to papyrus? “Yes..? Its..sort of a long story- I’m not sure if you would believe me either” she said, poking her index fingers together
Papyrus shook his head. “My memory’s not as good as it used to be. All the resets are running together.” He rubbed his eye sockets. “I swear I can’t remember past the last thirty.”

The day was quiet. Or at least, it had been relatively so. Sans and Papyrus gone, all day long… until, of course, there was a knock at the door. On the doorstep had been set a small brown package, with a red ribbon tied around it, a cute little bow on top. The box was unmarked, leaving not even the slightest clue who the sender could be.
Inside the box, though, was a prank. An ultimate prank. Within the folds of the box lie a very large tarantula. Not a live spider, of course, but there were springs in the bottom of the box so that the moment she opened it, the spider would fly directly at her face.
Some ways away from the door, a certain lanky skeleton was hiding in the bushes, snickering to himself as he waited to see her reaction.
Risk groaned softly to the ding at the door, sitting up from the couch she had been laying on and staring at the door. Who the hell would that be? She had just been being lazy while sans and papyrus were out, sprawled out over the couch to watch some TV…and then someone decided to ring the doorbell.
She grumbled and pushed herself up and then moved slowly over towards the door, opening it with a grumpy “what-” she paused and stared, looking around for a moment before sighing, turning to close the door before she then noticed the present. Instant suspicion. She didnt want to bring that thing inside- so she decided to crouch down in front of it instead. She poked at it, and then picked it up and shook it, frowning a bit and trying to guess what it was before she opened it.
The moment the ribbon was undone, the spider would go flying to land right against her face... which would leave the skeleton in the bushes to burst out laughing, thereby giving away his position.
“Heh heh, you like my gift?”

Papyrus groaned as he sat up, rubbing his skull. Looking around, he realized he was in an… unfamiliar place. Darker than the Underground, somewhere… else. He was unsure of how he had gotten there, but somehow he had. Getting a little unsteadily to his feet, he looked around just a bit, trying to decide where to go… and then he began to walk further into the darkness, following the dimly lit path before him. He tugged his jacket a little tighter around himself.
He had gotten here somehow, so there must be an exit somewhere too.
Papyrus squinted into the darkness, the dim orange of his eye lights glowing against the blackness around him. “Hello?” He called a little more loudly. Someone else was here. “Who’s there? Where are you?”

Sans raised one brow. “I would not expect you to adjust to me simply because I cannot enjoy your sweets- Papyrus get out of there!”
Papyrus had dug into the sweets eagerly upon being granted the slightest permission. Not much self control.
