his face was a bit scuffed from the initial, sudden landing. his suit was tattered and damaged, and his stomach was growling. communication was nothing but radio silence. of course he had to travel to a red zone.
walking through the less than crowded portion of new york, he finds a woman reading a book on a bench. he’ll approach, hesitant, because he really needed some information.
“ … excuse me? do you happen to know… where we are?”
considering everyone here is human, he’s assuming planet earth, but what part of earth is the real question.
gwen looked up from her book, not expecting to see someone who looked like a lost cosplayer who crashed his car on his way to a sci fi con. the blood on his face looked real enough
“---we’re in central park” she said, frowning in confusion, still wondering if this was all part of a show. “are you... okay?”

chemistry has always been her weakest point . she likes to pretend it isn’t , but the threat of any damaged report cards haunt her well . so . it’s great that the school has a tutoring programme . maybe she should sign up to tutor kids who needed their essays for re-editing . she’s good at that , at least . english . she wants to be a journalist , after all . ❝ yeah . ❞ is all mj says , brown eyes focused on the formula written and the calculator next to her paper . ❝ here , can you … ? ❞ she hands the blond the paper she’s done with , immediately starting on the next one . hopefully she hasn’t done any mistakes . it’ll suck if she did . ❝ tell me if i got it wrong , i’ll re-do it . ❞
gwen examines mj’s answers and nods while checking with the calculator just one more time to make sure. “you’re actually getting this pretty fast.” she smiled while handing her back the sheet. “if you work like this on your test next week, you’re definitely passing.”
