Them: Why have you watched the episode twice every day since it aired?
Me: I have to desensitize myself from the secondhand embarrassment for when Eddie catches his husband on a date with their boyfriend.
I’m actually so sad because I get secondhand embarrassment/anxiety/shyness you name it so fucking bad. And im so sad because I probably will not be able to watch the Buddie kiss (I couldn’t watch the BuckTommy kiss until like my third rewatch). And I really really want to see my boys kiss live
The reason I am so happy about the Buck Tommy kiss and think it’s gonna lead towards buddie is that Buck is having to come to terms with these new feelings. He knows that this “jealousy” he was feeling about Eddie and Tommy’s friendship had more to it than them just being friends. He had these new feelings he’s never had before. And he had to take the time to analyze these feelings and he realizes that maybe this was more than just wanting to be friends. It was attraction. But he couldn’t be attracted to Eddie obviously. Eddie’s his best friend. So he must’ve been trying to gain Tommy’s attention. This guy he barely knows, he must be attracted to him. Not his best friend of 6 years. That’s not possible.
So Eddie sees Buck and Tommy on their date. And doesn’t even realize it’s a date, it’s just two friends eating dinner. Which is totally normal, him and Buck do it all the time.

my favourite thing about the 911 fandom is it feels like it shouldn’t exist. like it’s the kind of show people don’t expect to have a fandom. people hear it’s big on tumblr and go huh?? my mom watches that…. frequently people mistake us for talking about september 11th. it’s just wild.
#I watch this show with my mom#and then get upset that she doesn’t want to talk about it 24/7#she’s just a casual viewer#and I don’t get how there are people that can be casual about this show#I am literally always thinking about 911#and I don’t understand how there are people who watch it and then they’re done and don’t think about it again until the next episode
