Hey guys!
The ask and submit boxes are completely empty. If you’re having trouble picking a name, don’t be afraid to send me something! I don’t bite, I swear. :)

Hi, do you think you could help with some gender neutral names? I'm non binary and currently use 'Lorren', pronounced exactly like my birth-name 'Lauren'. I'm interested in names with similar sounds, like the 'Loh' sound at the start or perhaps the 'ren' sound at the end. Thank you!
Of course I can help! Here are some similar names:
- Lorel/Laurel
- Logan
- Lowell
- Lennon
- Eren/Aaren/Arren/whatever other spellings there are out there
- Wren
- Camren
If you need any more names, I’d be happy to help. And you’re welcome!
Hi Soren, any help for a British nb transboy looking for a neutral/ masc leaning name? I'm currently trying out Christopher (or kit for short) but I find most people shorten it to Chris automatically which I'm a bit :/ about, good luck with this blog!
Hi, and thank you! Have you considered just having Kit as your full first name? That way, you wouldn’t have to worry about being called Chris. If you don’t want to do that, though, I found a few names that are similar to Kit and Christopher:
- Christian (same problem, but not very many people shorten it down as quickly as they would Christopher)
- Kinley
- Kieran
- Connor
- Corey
If that’s not what you’re looking for, feel free to send another ask my way. I hope this helped! :)
What do you think about the name Char for a nonbinary person?
Personally, I’ve never heard of the name Char before, but I like it! Plus, since it isn’t all that common, it doesn’t have an association with a binary gender, which I’m assuming is what you’re going for. I think it’s good!
do we send a picture and ask for what name suits us best or do we request a short writing including our name?
You can send a picture or an ask. I don’t do short writings, sorry! A good blog for that would be names-and-pronouns.
I’m Soren, by the way. I’m a bi transguy, and the mod of this blog. I love video games, music, theatre, and lots of other things. I’m a junior in high school and I’m not exactly out yet to my family and school, but I still want to contribute to the community in any way that I can. :)
