Derrik hummed and shook his head, “Don’t apologize. It was my fault. I should pay attention more to where I’m going, instead of wandering off to my own world,” he offered a small smile. 

Derrik walked around the corridors of the castle, trying to get some fresh air and get out of his own head. Derrik was old and didn’t socialize well with others very well.
