Roleplaying for Dummies

Join my discord server directed towards beginning roleplayers. I really want this server to develop into something big. I remember being new at online roleplay and being super nervous about doing something wrong. So, I created this server to provide a comforting environment for people to develop their skills and experiment with this type of storytelling.

We’re still looking for members! We’re growing slowly but steadily and would love to introduce even more people to our community.

I’m really nervous rn. I’m legit shaking. I’m releasing my first song ‘BLOOM’ 🌼 I worked on with a few friends next Tuesday (2.27.2018). I really hope you guys enjoy it or take the time to check it out when it does come out. Its been a weird journey doing things and working on stuff in which I allow myself to just be and try, ya know.. instead of bashing or scolding myself if it isn’t completely perfect. Sometimes I feel really lost. Like overwhelmingly so that I get scared to try anything new for the sole fear of failing or just not being enough for myself or others. I forget that people grow, they improve, they learn. And that process is fun and needed. And thank you every friend that’s been there for me whether it’s for a project, an idea we had, a phone call, or just simply being a great friend. But yeah, I am letting you know about a smol single I’m proud of and want to show you. I wanted to put this out into the world so I don’t get cold feet lol. It’s not perfect but it’s mine and I’m excited to delve/share old and new interests with you guys. I’m also scared as hell, but I’m really glad of all the experiences along the way and the ones to come. I hope if anything this just lets you know to just try those things lingering in the back of your mind. Sorry this was so long (-: it would mean the world to me if you shared this or told a friend 💛

Hey folks, I’m really nervous right now because I have to move housing at school because one of my room mates is harassing me to the point where I’m unsafe here and I was under the impression since I’m basically being forced out that I wouldn’t have to pay a housing transfer fee but I now have to pay 350 by Monday or I can’t get the apartment because the housing company I’m with considers someone verbally abusing and spreading rumors to all the teachers and students that I’m a cheap prostitute as just “us not getting along”. I have like 150 to my entire name and I called my parents and they think they can lend me the money but I don’t know when I’ll be able to pay them back and I don’t know how I’ll pay for food and I’m just genuinely really scared. If there’s anyway people could donate even just a dollar so I can make sure i have food and a way to get to class I would really really appreciate it, I’ll even make you a cute sprite like this in return if you want!

1) didn’t flinch

2) caught the ball

3) threw it back at the guy

4) responded to his “thanks bro” with a nod

it was like the ghost of some guy named chad took over me so i didn’t like embarrass myself

a bro talked to me today and it caught me v off guard but instead of my voice rising an octave it dropped an octave and i suddenly was effortlessly speaking Bro™ back to him. this resulted in a very positive interaction
