Yup, absolutely nothing.In Underverse, there are only two persons who are the “heart” for each AU (This only applies in AUs where both or one of them exists.)

If both, or one of them dies, the entire AU with their respective timelines could start to collapse.

Also, if someone dies outside of his world, he won’t return to his timeline, no matter how many resets has been made, they will cease to exist.

And just as an aditional info: Pacifist timelines are actually an easiest way to take control over the other timelines (neutral, genocide…) until control and alterate the entire Alternate Universe.

You misunderstand that person's warning about minors (those under 18) following you. The Tumblr policy is that blame for underage persons seeing 18+ content can fall on the person running the 18+ page, which means if you run a 18+ page and a minor follows you and their parents want someone to blame, YOU can be held liable. It can get as bad as jail time in the USA, and so there is a lot of warning to people who have 18+ blogs for their own safety so they don't get in trouble.
