What is your favorite scent that cannot be bought from a store?

Mine as an adult is the smell of yeast dough after the first rise when you come back after waiting an hour and a half and first take the tea towel off to see if your yeast behaved itself or not.

Mine as a child was the smell of the tractor discing the field after the crops were harvested. It was kind of a diesel exhaust smell combined with freshly plowed dirt that would kick up all over and just smelled like home.
