We are opening up moderator applications for a finance moderator and a shipping moderator. Currently our zine has completed the creation period and we need new moderators to help us through pre-orders and the production and shipping periods!
The Applications will run until January 2nd, 2022 until January 31st, 2022

Hi, yes. Sorry if this is a silly question but how do I get a refund if I didn't pay through paypal? I paid by card, and since I didn't run it through Paypal, there's no log/receipt on Paypal about the payment.
Hello, I'm not 100% sure how refunds to cards work through big cartel but if you paid via card or by stripe I believe that you can contact them and request a refund that way especially if it is connected to your card. If you still have issues getting a refund, let us know as soon as possible and we will try to find alternative methods.

Hello Everyone.
Due to some issues regarding our Finance Moderator, we have decided to close our pre-orders and have contacted all buyers via email.
We do plan to reopen once everything has been solved and we have a new finance moderator to handle Pre-orders.
