coming back to tumblr was such a bad idea

instead of having a mild obsession with a cybergenetically enhanced raccoon and crying in bed from all the angst, now i get to have a SEVERE obsession with a cybergenetically enhanced raccoon AND cry harder in bed from all the canon and fanfic angsts. instead of functioning like a "regular" "person" in a society, i now spend my days constantly staring at walls and let my mind drift into daydreams involving absurd headcanons, AUs, or degenerative horny shit involving The Blorbo instead of reminding myself to stay regularly hydrated (don't). instead of routinely depositing change to the piggy bank each day, i now live in constant dissonance from how much physical merchandise i lack that features The Blorbo, further contemplating how i ought to obtain myself a trade paperback, an action figure or six, or the various permutations of playthings whose practical lifespan chiefly consist of filling various landfills peppered across this melting planet. the year is 2083, and i'm sweating in my fursuit/cosplay while nagging my grandson on the phone to come pick me up after spending all weekend at the 32nd annual Racket 'a Rocket meet-up
