A GAS STATION OUT OF TIME WRITING CALL; WRITERS NEEDED

Zluo Time is a dingy gas station that’s existed in Coldwater City only for teenagers to buy cheap beer and for college students to wallow in existential dread while drinking slushies. At least, that’s what Gabe thinks until he applies for a part time summer job.

Turns out Zluo Time is a legendary celestial resting place where time stands still and everyone can take a little bit of a damn break.

A Gas Station Out of Time is an upcoming audio sitcom that focuses on the misadventures of Gabe at his new part time job at the Zluo Time gas station.

We’re looking for about 2-3 more writers to join our team to help write and edit episodes for our upcoming season (slated for late 2019-early 2020 release)!

If interested, check out the parameters in the Google Docs linked here, and please PM or send an ask with any additional questions!

Layover: A New Horror Podcast

*COMPOSERS NEEDED*

Layover, a new horror-mystery podcast in association with Multiversal Podcasting Network, is about seventeen-year-old drag queen Otto, traveling across the globe for reasons unknown. Each chapter is set in a different airport between flights, as he recounts the the strange occurrences that go on in these “elevated planes” of existence. As we follow Otto’s adventures through these different but strikingly similar environments, we learn more about who he is, why he’s traveling, and why he can never seem to land in one place.

We are looking for composers that can provide suspenseful, unnerving music to be played while our protagonist narrates his harrowing tale, as well as theme music to be played at the beginning of each episode. If you have any interest, send an email to layoverpodcast@gmail.com with [Layover Composer] in the subject line and 2-3 samples of your work.

Please note that this is an amateur podcast, and, as such, any work will be unpaid but appreciated. If the first few episodes are well-received, a Patreon will be set up and compensation will be further discussed. I can probably venmo you $10 if it’s super good, but like… yeah.

Production will start pretty soon, so please have your submissions sent in by April 12th, 11:59 PM (EDT). If you have any questions don’t be afraid to ask, using the email previously mentioned.

Thanks, Motherflighters!

Writers Wanted

We’re looking for a writer to join our team here at CODE 10-33, a new audio drama from @multiversalpodcastingnetwork. We’ve already released our first episode, and will be releasing our second this week. Currently we’re a very small team, and want to recruit a new writer on board to more efficiently create our content. We’re looking for a writer to script parts or full episodes for the podcast, which will then be edited by our current writer (who is also our audio engineer and manages all our vas and social media outlets) and editor to give it the right ‘voice’ so to speak.

For the position, we’re looking for someone who:

- Can write for audio in a script format - Is at least somewhat familar with the crime genre - Can write from a plot summary and episode notes - Has a wit to their writing, especially when it comes to dialogue - Can adhere to deadlines - Enjoys working as part of a small, close knit team of creatives - Has a Discord/is willing to create an account

If any or all of these apply to you, get in touch! Email code1033podcast@gmail.com with your name, timezone, pronouns and at least  2 examples of your work, one of which must be a script, in any format. We’d also like to hear from you why you want to join our team, and why you feel you’re the best person for the job! Please not this is an unpaid position.

The deadline for submissions is February 3rd at 11:59PM GMT.

We look forward to hearing from you!
