Oh, I thought at first the baby lifted the cat, but no, the cat just got the gist and jumped. So it’s a brains/brawn scenario. That’s…worry some for the parents lol!
Calvin and Hobbes… the early years
You know those therapy sessions that just kick your butt because your therapist gives you like seven realizations about yourself, calls you on your shit, and then assigns you mental homework for the next few weeks? Like, damn...
I love my therapist so much. Everyone once in awhile, though, you get that one session that just knocks you on your back because it was a LOT. I’m really glad I have today off, so I can just sit with my thoughts.
the only acceptable comment straight people are allowed to make this pride month
My sister actually had vampire who keeps going back to medical schools over and over and over again. Every time he completes it he adds a ‘Dr.’ to his title. Right now he’s ‘Dr. Dr. Dr. Dr. Dr. Dr. Dr. Dr. Dr. Dr. Vampire’.
without the knowledge of ocs this implies that she owned a vampire. like kept one as a pet

“our teeth and ambitions are bared” is a zeugma
and it’s a zeugma where one of the words is literal and one is metaphorical which is the BEST KIND
I didn’t know about zeugmas until just now! That is so awesome, everybody:
zeug·ma ˈzo͞oɡmə/
noun
- a figure of speech in which a word applies to two others in different senses (e.g.,John and his license expired last week ) or to two others of which it semantically suits only one (e.g., with weeping eyes and hearts ).
ISN’T THAT AWESOME??
She dropped her dress and inhibitions at the door.
What’s this? My favorite rhetorical device showing up on my dashboard?
IT HAS A NAMEEEE!! OH MY GOD!!!
My high school English teacher always explained it with: “He took his hat and his leave.”
I feel like this kid just realized they wanna work with animals
RIP RIP RIP i can never interact with my neighbor again holy fuck
i was outside w/ my cat just now. and he went behind a shrub for a bit, and me not realizing my neighbor was on the other side of that same shrub, poked my head round and said way louder than necessary, “my SCRUMPTIOUS darling boy, what ever are you doing over there??”
and this 40-something man i very rarely speak to handled it w/ remarkable grace and very tentatively responded “…..watering my.. roses? you?”
one of the closest domesticated relatives to wolves
I drew Neil again cuz I feel the last(+first) drawing I did of him didn’t catch how I imagine him
“Why is he so focused?”
— I think Akito must be… someone scary. That look… maybe that’s what “hostility” means. Am I… hated? But… why Akito-san hates me isn’t the most important thing right now. Right now, I just want to banish the terror of Akito-san from Yuki-kun’s mind.
