Personally, I think it would be extremely funny for her if she first clocked Tommy, and spent their time at the 118 thinking "C'mon my dude, it's ok now, Gerrard is gone, nobody is judging you" but he never came out, and then exactly 0.10 seconds after Tommy leaves, Buck shows up and Hen's just "ah hell, not another one".

Cue years later, she standing by Chim's bedside and it turns out both her closet cases have been playing seven minutes of heaven in there.
