i moved to a new blog btw guys

I think some people will be pissed about this but I'd rather die than see any of my chronic illnesses or conditions as a mod.

this isn't a post i thought i'd have to make but i'm swallowing my pride for the sake of my family.

we had a fraudulent charge made to our card back at the end of july/beginning of august and that has had a ripple effect through this whole month. due to that card being shut off so they could issue a new one, bills on autopay that were connected to that card were declined. in the scramble of trying to pay rent at the beginning of august, we missed our internet bill. i paid our internet bill on friday. however, because of our isp's stupid billing cycle, it turned out that two months were due by the time i paid. that money came out at the same time as my husband's car payment, and those two payments have wiped our checking account clean as well as pulled a good chunk from our savings, which was what we set aside for our rent payment this month.

at this point, we might be able to scrape by with rent. however, that leaves us with nothing for groceries or gas to get to work for the week, and with our current financial state we can't afford to miss work. my parents may be able to help us out a little bit, but they've already helped us out a couple times this year and we haven't finished paying them back yet, so asking them is our absolute last resort.

so here i am, reaching out to all of you. most of you are aware by now that i have a young child, and if it wasn't for him i wouldn't be asking for help at all. but if any of you have a little money to spare to help us make ends meet, my family would appreciate it more than you know. anything helps - any donations will go towards gas money and groceries and rent.
