That is correct. It's a Swedish show, so the original is in Swedish. Good news tho, the Swedish cast did the dubbing for the English version, and thanks to that I find it watchable in English.
I prefer the Swedish version, but when I'm not in the mood for subtitles (I don't really need anymore after having watched the show at least a billion times :P), I'm happy to put on the English version.
You should give it a try, it's really good, and it can't be long now until we'll (FINALLY) find out, when the third and final season will be released!

It's not that I don't want to come back, but I'm still not there. IDK, Tumblr's just such a busy place, and just I haven't found my Tumblr mojo again tbh. :/

Ahhhh I hate you so much for being such a dedicated fan that I finally decided to watch Superman & Lois, then binge watch 2 seasons in a week. Apart from S&L, I'm also (still) fangirling over YR (I'm literally rewatching S1 as I type!!!) and HS - which you must be aware of since I'm currently only fangirling on Twitter. Come and say hi! I'm always happy to flail with other people over my favorite things over there (while the platform is still - barely - alive...).
I just LOVE the shows (and in the case of HS also the comic o/c) so much, and there are so many good fics in both fandoms on AO3, I won't run out of things to read anytime soon.
I'm still not back on Tumblr, I just don't have the mental capacity for it atm but who knows, maybe when HS S2 airs (SOON I HOPE) Tumblr will suck me back into blogging? We'll see.
