I love how when Nandor and Guillermo had the first Break Up™️, even if Guillermo was gone for a week, Nandor still seemed relatively physically put together.

Like Benji probably did some of the helping around the house, but it’s implied Nandor had to end up doing most of the chores himself— so he definitely is capable of taking care of himself.

But this time, Guillermo was gone a week and Nandor was an absolute disaster. His clothing was a mess, he’s just leaving the bodies around, he’s not blowing out the candles— a rule put out himself in the first place. Like he’s just truly a complete mess, and it’s like

Was it because he didn’t know where Guillermo went this time, so he couldn’t find him and bring him back home? Was it because for Nandor, it was truly unexpected and he has no idea why exactly Guillermo left again? He doesn’t know if Guillermo left him for another vampire again?

Or was it because he really did try this time, he tried to do everything he could to make sure Guillermo wouldn’t leave him again (he was even adamant about the breaks, and he added those in himself)— but in the end Guillermo left him anyways? He really though they’d be ok again, that Guillermo wouldn’t leave his side but he wakes up one night to Guillermo’s empty room and thinks I wasn’t good enough for him
