HE IS LEGIT LIKE “not fucking today, not my fucking division” AND DRIVES OFF IN HIS SHITTY HONDA CIVIC WITH HIS GREMLIN CHILD THAT HAS ANGER ISSUES.

I never thought I'd have a favorite laugh, but this is it. Oh gosh this is it. I love everything about it. It's so UNHINGED and EVIL and CHILLING. This isn't even the best evil laugh ever, it's just the best laugh ever period.
