Arrow 5x20 Follower Giveaway

It’s time to kick off those giveaways I talked about after HVFF Chicago! This is my way of saying thank you to everyone who visits my blog, reads my reviews, leaves comments, asks questions, reblogs, likes and lurks. Season 5 has been quite the journey and I want to thank you for hanging in there with me! You are all amazing. I also want to say a special thank you to all the gif makers, fan artists, fic writers and vidders. Your creativity makes the blog such a beautiful place. My reviews would be extremely boring without the gifs, so a special thanks to all who let me use with a like or a reblog. Your talent is appreciated!

We’ve been having a lot of fun with the spoilers Marc gave for 5x20 (one more to go), so I wanted to give away something specific to the blog. The amazing Erin from Fangirl Problems Inc created this beautiful necklace.

I totally agree with what you said. I am so sick of every show doing this to couples. It's disgusting and I for one have had enough. Some of my friends that watch the show said if they don't put them back together they will stop watching. I am sure plenty of men watch the show, but let's face it a lot of women do too. I for one do like action, but I am all in for the romance angle of any show. I didn't start watching Arrow live till it's third season. I always meant to,but never had the chance. I actually watched the premiere of Flash and at the end when he was on the rooftop talking to Oliver I was intrigued. At that time I started seeing promos for season 3 when Oliver and Felicity was at the restaurant on their date. I was confused because I knew he was with Laurel in the comics (according to my brother). I sat down one day and watched the pilot on Netflix and was hooked. Of course, Stephen is gorgeous so that was a plus. Then when Felicity came along I was hooked. I think they are making a big mistake if they drag this break up for much longer and have Felicity date anyone new. People will get tired of this same old formula and change the channel. Okay, let me get off my soap box. Goodnight.

Ahhh… the yin yang kiss…synchronicity…. this kiss is iconic now and these two, well… they start fires wherever they go, clearly. Look at that tongue action. You can try to deny these two are sexy but you’re not getting it past me. Not with moments like this. That’s a very nice ring. And Felicity looks so cute and excited. I know some of us worried, for a bit, that she wouldn’t want to get engaged right away, that her thoughts might not be on “happily ever after”. We so rarely get a good look at just how Felicity is feeling and what her emotions and thought process is like. But that smile there tells the story. She cannot wait to marry Oliver Queen.

Now me, I’ve always thought the shippiest moment in 3x02 was this right here. Felicity explains that it’s a Jewish custom. And then Oliver follows suit. It just struck me as Oliver honoring her traditions, even when they weren’t together at all yet. Now, he’s gone on to do even more but this was the first sign of that and I found it unbearably sweet at the time, especially given these two weren’t in the greatest place re: their relationship. Bless it.
