Hey, what tips do you have for beginner waist trainers? I've worn my for only 6 hours today, should I step it up? I could forsure take it- just wondering what's it advised. Also, when sleeping with a corset, do I sleep with it completely laced or what?
There’s no time limit, but make sure you listen to your body. Any aches or pains at all, and you should remove it. If you go for 12 hours, I’d take it off just to check how everything feels (also make sure you’re getting very regular showers. Because it is tight clothing, bacteria can develop on your skin. So shower and wear a fresh liner every time.) When you go to sleep, loosen the corset a lot. Your body will swell in your sleep due to warmth, and you’ll wake up very uncomfortable if you don’t loosen in. You’ll get the feel for what you can take after a few days. =D
You mention on your site's FAQ that you keep your back and core pretty strong. Do you have any exercises that you recommend? My bust is on the larger end of things and it can have a toll on my posture, so any insight is appreciated! Thanks :)
Back extensions, planks, situps... basically anything that strengthens your core and makes it easier to maintain good posture. =D

I know people always ask about your breasts but I wanna ask about something that not a lot of people ask about. Your belly! If you didn't go into corsetting do you think you would like having a round belly? If you were to ever stop using corsets would you be willing to have said rounder belly? Do you think there's a niche audience that like your belly than boobs? And for fanservice fridays do you think you'd show off your belly more often? the one for corset conditioning was cute!
i haven’t properly waist trained in years. My stomach as it is right now is 100% the way it naturally is. I am genetically pre-disposed towards not carrying adipose tissue on my trunk. I gain on my thighs and hips, which is why corsets, even when not training with them, always look extreme on me. I am a natural hourglass so the corset exaggerates this. I also haven’t done fanservice friday videos in... I think a year and a half now. No I do not do belly worship stuff, and I do not do really any fetish work at all any more. When I have excess fat on my stomach, it means I am very unhealthy, as that’s not what my biology leans towards, so no I wouldn’t ever be willing to have a round stomach for the sake of someone’s physical enjoyment. =p

I’m going Friday and Saturday, and I’m flying home Sunday, but I may hit the floor in casual clothing in the morning. Not yet sure! I don’t have a booth or anything like that, so I don’t have a place where you can meet me, but I’ll be tweeting and doing all that social media jazz, so I hope you can find me somewhere. ^_^
