This iridescent pitcher carries 8 ounces of magic oil, which looks like a starry night sky. You can use an action to pour out 1 or more ounces of the oil on the ground at your feet. Choose a point on the ground within 5 feet of you. The oil creates a sphere of darkness centered on that point. This darkness duplicates the effect of the "darkness" spell (no concentration required). The effect remains for a number of rounds equal to the number of ounces poured from the pitcher, ending at the end of your turn on the round that it would end. It ends early if any target within the darkness takes fire damage. In addition, the magical darkness is serenely focusing: creatures within the darkness have advantage on Constitution saving throws made to maintain concentration. ___

While you don’t need a mechanical reason for doing anything, being rewarded for your grim harvests feels nice, doesn’t it? So how about picking up this delightful trio of feats:

Those last two should be especially fun for people into Monster Hunter, since it basically lets you live out the fantasy of decking out your armor and weapons with the pieces of creatures you’ve killed! Harvest Parts is, technically, the most generally useful of the three, as it’s just a flat sort of ‘bank’ you can use in place of your own gp when crafting anything.

Going to add yet again that Necrocrafting is a thing to make DIY undead out of people or monster parts, so you could make it a walking trophy rack if you can’t think of anything better to do!

Oh my gosh. I just found this website that walks you though creating a believable society. It breaks each facet down into individual questions and makes it so simple! It seems really helpful for worldbuilding!

Heads up that this is a very extensive questionnaire and might be daunting to a lot of writers (myself included). That being said, it is also an amazing questionnaire and I will definitely be using it (or at the very least, some of it).
