just saw ur tag asking where u could get that outfit, the chest piece can be bought in goron city or obtained along the way in a side quest, and you can get the head gear from a shrine on a small island with a raft on it in the south east corner of the map (sorry i'm not to specific, just trying to help from memory lmao)
