website advertising backyard bred teacup poodles with ten million health issues: modern website layout complete with custom-designed logo and professionally taken photos with elaborately designed backdrops. there are individual profiles for each dog on their site. replies to any emails within 20 minutes yet mysteriously becomes unreachable to anyone naïve enough to buy a puppy from them. their puppies cost nine thousand US dollars each. you will pay more in vet bills.

website advertising litters from health tested dogs with an impressive set of titles in both sport and show: the website doesn't show up on google search results. most of the links don't go anywhere. there's a youtube video entitled "My Video Upload" imbedded into the front page and someone's finger is covering the camera for 3/4ths of it. if the site has any photos at all, they're at a resolution so small you need a magnifying glass to see them. the 'past litters' page was last updated in 2016. the contact information page lists an email from a service that was discontinued 5 years ago and a phone number that doesn't work. if you finally find up to date contact information and get a puppy from them after passing the three trials they ask you to do first, they manifest from the ether every week to ask for updates on your dog.

The cat food prison is complete!

Herm is on a prescription food that costs around $200 for the same size bag that is around $30 for Felix. If Felix eats Herm food, it makes feeding Felix nearly 7 times more expensive, and if Herm eats Felix food, he will get urinary crystals and block and die.

We thought the electric cat feeders would do the trick, but Hermey is also incredibly smart, and figured out how to head-but the cat feeder to make a few kibbles come out. A few kibbles doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it absolutely is for Herm.

So, how do we make sure Herm eats his prescription food and ONLY his food, but also that we don’t have to feed Felix the crazy expensive food?

2 microchip-coded cat doors + 2 Wi-Fi-connected cat feeders + jumbo zip ties + divider = two separate feeding areas for kitties!

And it also doubles as a bench by the front door for putting on shoes 😂
