Nikita (Niki for short) is Alden's older sister (who i completely made up). She was never mentioned in the books for one reason- she's gay, and was disowned from the Vacker family :( she is an enhancer, i just always forget to give her gloves lol.

maybe the reason Fitz is prone to violence is because he was desensitized to it in the forbidden cities, from a youngish age
I think it could also have to do with the stress of the never-seen. His and his friend's lives are constantly being threatened. The smallest stress/anxiety trigger sends him in to fight or flight.
He’s learned he can’t run so he fights.

the way (some of) the fandom treats keefe vs fitz feeds into how they are treated in canon (or in my head, I don't even know anymore)
keefe isn't perfect, and he embraces it. he's reckless, messy, impulsive... and sometimes they're even some of the characteristics that people love about him.
he's allowed to mess up. he will be forgiven.
now fitz - he's presented as the perfect golden child. so any time he makes a mistake... people hate him for it. he's not allowed to mess up. if he's not being perfect, he's suddenly... the worst.
but at the SAME TIME. he's also "too perfect" and people hate him for that too.

are we gonna talk about how Alden was completely ready and willing to shoot a councillor at the beginning of book 4
So, a few days ago I had a break down after getting my hair cut because the styles styled it in a feminine way and before I’ve been struggled a lot with feeling dysphoric.
When I broke down I told my mom I didn’t want to be a female and be seen as one. The good news is she help me figure out how to style my hair to be masc and it’s help a lot.
Because of the break down I now know for sure I’m not a female. - I’m still figuring out what I want to identify as, all I know is I want to present as masculine and not be called a girl.-
Does any one have any suggestions on what I can do to help president more masculine? I already cut my hair and am working on getting my wardrobe more masculine.
Any suggestions would really help
