I heard this as the backdrop to Hunt and the MC’s peaceful lazing about on his couch. Their relief at finally just being able to be together, with the realization that they are free to just be together without have to hide or sneak around.

This is the first time I’ve inserted a voice in to the narrative that didn’t belong to Hunt or the MC, not to mention it’s a voice in flashback. I think this was an important part of the story, where Priya explains the past to assure her personal feelings are not in play with her decision.
