Blog Deletions: Alternative Platforms

Although these blog deletions seem to come and go with no rhyme or reason, just to be cautious now seems like a good time to remind folks that WIAK has a blank back-up dreamwidth at wand-in-a-knot and an LJ at wand-in-a-knot. We are trying not to direct traffic to LJ but will be continuing to make announcements regarding sign ups on LJ if you’re still active there and we will also start posting announcements to the dreamwidth account.

The 2019 fest will be hosted in an AO3 collection as usual - you can find the collection for the 2016 and 2017 fests (we had a hiatus in 2018) by clicking on the link to collections on my AO3 profile, writcraft. Announcements about how to sign up and get access to the fest discord will be made on tumblr, LJ and dreamwidth so feel free to follow/subscribe on any of those platforms so you don’t miss anything.

Each creator has 24 hours to create a fanwork, post and/or link to the comm, and tag the next creator. Then that person has 24 hours, etc.. After last year's fun, we are happy to announce Round 2 of

(don't get your) @wand-in-a-knot – the 24 Hours Harry Potter Porn Tag Challenge!

THe Challenge takes place on LiveJournal.

Like last year we are capping participants at 30 for the round. Sign-ups for the 24 hours porn challenge start on Thursday, June 1, 2017.<3

The timeline of the challenge:

The 24 Hours Harry Potter Porn Challenge is open to all HP pairings and characters (femslash, het, slash), to all genres, kinks, and scenarios. We welcome these creations: fic, fanart, fanvids, podfics.
