Oh my wow. EA outdid themselves with these little guys. I smiled so much while playing with toddler stage. I only got through one sim day in this house, but they are just so darn cute!
Getting ready to start up my game! It’s been forever since I’ve played, it’s hard to get back into the grove of my families. :/ Can’t wait to age up little Ricky though. <3
Is it true? Is there really toddlers in game now?!?!! *squee*!!!!! Too bad it’s my daughter’s competition season and I have to be out of city (sometimes state) every stinking weekend until March.
Sorry ... Again.
Hey guys. Just thought I’d pop my head in and apologize. I know my queue is empty.... again. It’s not like I’m leaving and done, it’s just life is happening. I’ll share some of my thoughts, but I’m putting it under the cut because 1. It’s not sims related and 2. It may be triggering. Just know I haven’t left left, but I can’t make any promises at this point. Luvs to you all though!
“You’re the one who’s training to be a bartender, yeah?” “The name’s Jonathan. Whatcha want?” “Say, would you try this drink I made and give me your opinion?” “Have you tasted it yet?” “No.” “You’ve gotta try it first.”
Hero took a tentative sip of the drink. “Oooooo! Wow. Yeah. Ugh. That’s nasty.” Jonathan laughed and went back to his giant block of wood.
He may be a clutzy failure at making drinks, but at least he’s an adorable clutzy failure!
The guy missed the cup, spilled it, AND got himself covered in it. *smh* He’s in need of major help!
Hero doesn’t make enough money to even pay his half of the bills. So he’s headed to the Jones’ place to practice his mixology skills.
“Hi Peter, it’s Hero. Yeah, hi. So, I have a favor to ask. Well see, I got promoted to Caterer. Yeah, thanks! I’m so glad to not be washing the dishes any more. Anyway... I may be an ace in the kitchen, but my mixology skills are seriously lacking. Yeah... you don’t think he would mind do you? Awesome. I’ll be right over.”
They’re not always the best hosts. Fanny’s trying to watch the TV through them apparently.
“So I was volunteered to come talk to you about hosting the neighborhood holiday party.” “Well, I mean, I don’t mind, but are you sure?” Phyllis was questioning this bright idea. “Our place isn’t very big. We barely fit in here for Feast Day.”
“It’s because no one else decorates likes you Phyllis.” Hero spoke up. “We might have a small house, but we’re the only one with a light-up reindeer and a snowman in the livingroom!” “Oh, hush you.”
“It’s his cooking isn’t it?” she directed her comment to Fanny. “You guys want Hero to cook!” Fanny smiled. “No one cooks as well as you do Hero.” The ladies liked to make him blush. “Anyhow, I’m pretty sure after the wedding, all neighborhood festivities will be done at the Zamoras. JoAnna will insist on it.” “Well, I don’t see why not.” Phyllis smiled. “Hope you’re up for cooking a feast Hero.”
“I thought you were coming over tonight. You’re joking. You’re not even married yet and she has you on a short leash. You sure you want to go through with it? Yeah, okay. Well, whenever. It’s your life. Sure, this weekend. Bye.”
There was just one more thing she had to do before she left.
“I’ve had a blast. Thanks for the invite.” “You’re jumping ship already?” “Yah, I’ve gotta split. Work calls... I’m a serious musician now, you know?” “No, I didn’t. Cool.”
“The town has totally been dullsville. I’m serious, thanks. I’d love to do it again sometime.” “Sounds like a plan.” She put a little extra wiggle in her walk as she walked away,
Jonathan and Rhonda cut it up on the dance floor.
That pose is just too much!
“I was starting to loose my mind in that house. Thank you for inviting me out.” “No, thank you! Peter was driving me bonkers with all his scientific theories. The dude oozes birth control, if you get my gist.” Rhonda laughed. “He seems to be the odd one out in your family.”
“My Momentum Conserver is the first step... blah blah blah blah.” Jonathan was mimicking his oldest brother. Rhonda laughed. “So, shall we see if there is anyone alive in there?”
It’s 9am... but sure... why not?
