I’m just going to go ahead with it and say this blog is currently on hiatus. I apologize so very much to the people I owe threads (and I know it’s quite a few), but I honestly don’t have a writing muse as of the moment. I’ve tried to write but each time I open my drafts my brain runs off instantly with an “Out of Order” sign plastered to it. I can still be found on discord and xbox if anyone would like to bother me on those, but for the time being I just can’t get in the right mindset to write.

[ ╬ ] Once more the doctor can be found at her desk, a small pillow held in place beneath her head as she was fast asleep. She’ll wake up sooner or later and make her way to an actual bed.

He gives a nod but sighs “While the help is appreciated I would have healed.” he wasn’t like most people “it wasn’t anything life threatening for me.” his eyes shifting to actually look at her now. He was suspicious… then again he was suspicious of everyone. “Why help, what do you want?”

[ ╬ ] “The less you suffer, the better. I want to make sure you’re going to be alright. I’m a doctor, when I see someone injured, I do what I can to help them recover. I need nothing more than that. Is this an acceptable answer?” She’d be lying if she said it wasn’t at least a little unnerving, the way he glanced at her, but to be fair they didn’t quite know each other aside a few other small meetings.

I’m going to stop the bleeding, bear with me.” Holding her hand over his wound, she set her suit to scan his body to see just how bad it was. With a shake of her head, a bright yellow glow formed from her shoulder, travelling down her arm before settling over his chest to dissipate shortly after. “Does that feel any better?”

If... that’s any indication of anything.” She went to place a hand to her head but stopped mid-gesture, realizing she wasn’t quite used to the talons that now replaced her fingers. With a huff, the feathered appendages fluffed up with slight irritation.

[ ╬ ] “It doesn’t hurt or anything, well except my back, that’s a bit sore... but I can do without the bird feet, I’m more comfortable wearing shoes. I can’t really do anything like this, so I do believe you’re stuck with me for the time being. Or should I say, the other way around.”

There was relief in knowing she wasn’t just straight up injected with it, yet when she looked at it, she still felt a small amount of unease. Does this really work? How many rabbits did it take to prove this?

Putting a ribbon around the bottle, and wrapping the box in shiny paper, Andi went into the Doctor's office with a small smile on her face before offering the gifts to Mercy.

[ ╬ ] “Oh, Andi, Merry Christmas!” Angela was a bit surprised to see the wine, leaving her to wonder just what the box would hold. Maybe it was cheese to go with it, maybe it was… chocolate? Please let it be chocolate! Careful not to tear the paper too much, the doctor opened the box, a small gasp sounding from her. With a big grin on her face she stood, embracing the other with a slight squeeze to further show her appreciation for the gift.

[ ╬ ] “This is absolutely wonderful, thank you~. Swiss chocolates are my favorite. I know it was gifted to me, but would you like some as well?” She never found a dull moment with Swiss chocolates, it brought her quite a bit of joy to have them, so why not share?
